Problem Phenomenon: How to Disable ads in the realme phone. (Approaches to disable ads) Solution: You may disable the ads with the below steps: realme UI 4.0 & 3.0 & 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional/System Settings > Get Recommendations > Click to Disable. realme UI R & T & S & Go Edition: Settings > search Personalized news in the Search bar > click Personalized news > Disable. realme UI 6.0 & 5.0: Not supported Sometimes, the advertisements you see may be caused by some third-party apps or website caches stored in the browsers. And not by the device’s built-in advertisements if the advertisements show up through browsers. Please clear the entire browsing history (from the beginning) and block ads in Google Chrome by following these steps: Google Chrome: Step 1: Click on Chrome > Click on the Three Dots at the right top side > Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data. Step 2: Chrome > Settings > Site settings > Ads > Disable Ads. Internet Browser: Step 1: Click on Internet > Click on the three lines below > Settings > Clear data > Choose History > Clear. Step 2: Internet > Click on the three lines below > Settings > Ad Blocking > Turn on Ad Blocking. Software update: Please update your system version to try. realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > About device. Click Up to date/realme UI on the top to check for updates. If there is the latest version, you can download and update it. realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Software update. realme R & S & T & Go Edition: Settings > System > System update. Note: For any inside third-Party App Ads, please check the settings of the particular app or contact the App Developer for the ads to be removed. If you can not confirm that the ads issue is with the third party then we can suggest factory data reset the device once after taking proper backup.

Please follow the following methods to detect whether the device screen is normal: Please open the Phone Manager on your phone and find Tools > Diagnostics > Screen If the detection screen is abnormal, it is recommended that you back up important data in advance, and take the purchase certificate to the realme Customer Service Center for testing. Please check if the following scenario is malfunctioning and find the corresponding solutions: 1. If the screen of the phone is stained with water, sweat, or dirt, it will affect the screen touch response. Please wipe your phone screen with clean cotton and try again. 2. If the phone screen has a film, and the screen film is too thick, which will affect the touch sensitivity of the screen. It is recommended to use the realme original phone protective film. 3. If the ambient temperature of your phone is too low or too high, the touch screen may be insensitive. This is affected by the physical characteristics of the screen itself. If the phone is in a strong electromagnetic field (microwave oven, induction cooker, power station, etc.) environment, the electromagnetic field will have an impact on the touch screen function. Please use your phone away from strong magnetic fields. 5. Non-standard charger and data cable charging: non-standard charger shielding interference are weak, which may affect the touch screen function of the phone. Please replace the realme standard charger and data cable to charge your phone. 6. If using a single app is not sensitive, it may be caused by the application itself. Please download and update to the latest version through the official software store, try to update the mobile software version, and then check whether it is restored. 7. Friendly reminder: 1. Please do not charge your mobile phone when it is wet. 2. There are differences between real-life scenarios and experimental environments. During daily use, please do not immerse the mobile phone in water or let it come into contact with solutions such as seawater or liquids such as beverages. After being exposed to rain, soaked in water, or splashed with water, the liquid may block the sound output/input channels of the microphone, earpiece and speaker, resulting in abnormal sound output/input during calls or when using the external speaker. How many seconds does a live photo last by default? Can the duration be set? The default duration for live photo shooting is 3 seconds, and the duration cannot be set separately. 5. Which apps support viewing live pictures? At now, Instagram supports viewing live pictures. realme is adapting more apps. 6. No shutter sound when taking photos after opening the Live photo Since LivePhoto records the images and sounds before and after the shutter, the shutter sound will be muted after turning on Live Photo. This is normal, so please feel free to use it.

You can reset your phone to factory settings in the following two ways. After the phone vibrates, release it, and the phone will automatically enter Recovery mode. 1. After entering Recovery mode, select the language first. 2. Choose "Wipe Data". 3. If there is the latest version, you can download and update it. realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Software update. realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > System update. Note: 1. This update will not delete or change your data, but it is still recommended that you back up your data and reserve enough storage space before updating. 2. The installation package is automatically deleted after the update is completed. Shutdown and forced restarting are prohibited during the upgrade process.
