How to backup and restore data on phone
Migration items supported by Clone Phone:
1. realme/OPPO (ColorOS6 or above)/OnePlus (ColorOS11 or above) mobile phone
Supported migration items: contacts, messages, call logs, pictures, videos, music, documents, system preferences, app data
2. Other Android Phones
Support migration items: contacts, messages, call logs, pictures, videos, music, documents, calendars, and other third-party applications (does not include data and applications that are not compatible with the new phone)
3. iPhone
Migrated items supported: Contacts, Calendars, Photos, Videos
Note: If the same application exists on the new phone and the old phone, the application data on the old phone will overwrite the new phone after moving. Besides, contacts, messages, call logs, pictures, videos, music, and documents will not be overwritten.
Migration items not supported by Clone Phone:
1. realme phone：
1.1 Data related to the model: themes, wallpapers, bus cards, etc.
1.2 Security-related data: face, fingerprint, lock screen password, etc.
1.3 Incompatible apps and data on the new phone: Some apps or data on the old phone are not compatible with the new phone, so these apps or data will not be migrated.
1.4 System clone data: Due to system limitations, all data of the system clone does not support migration.
2. Other Android Phones
2.1 Data relating to phone hardware: bus card, etc.
2.2 Security-related data: face, fingerprint, lock screen password, etc.
2.3 System applications and data: notes, alarm clocks, home screen layouts, themes, wallpapers, settings, etc.
2.4 Other third-party app data: social chat records and cache files, etc.
3. iPhone
Only supports migration of contacts, photos, calendars, videos, and other content is not supported.
Note: Since iCloud no longer supports cloud migration, the old version of Clone Phone can no longer log in. Please update or download the Clone Phone to the latest version.

Operation steps：
1. Enter the Clone Phone on both the new phone and the old phone. Operation path of realme phone: Tools >Clone Phone.
2. On the new phone, click "This is a new phone" and selects the type of the old phone.
3. If the old phone is not a realme phone, please use the browser of the old phone to scan the QR code on the new phone to install the Clone Phone (if the old phone is a realme phone, ignore this step and go directly to step 4). After the old phone scans the code, click Next on the new phone to wait for the old phone to scan.
4. Open the Clone phone on the old phone, select the phone as the old phone, and scan the QR code on the new phone to complete the connection.
5. Select the data that needs to be moved, click to start the transfer after selection, and the move will be successful after a period of time.
