Purchase Condition:
- The phone has not been out of warranty.
- The mobile phone must have not registered for extended warranty before
- The mobile phone must only be able to purchase the extended warranty within 180 days of the purchase period.
Important Notices:
-Other than device warranty period, the extended warranty provide additional 1-year warranty period.
- During Extended warranty period, device are not entitle for product exchange.
- During Extended warranty period, phone casing, charger adapter, USB cable, earphone, removable battery and other gift are not eligible for this warranty claim.
- During extended warranty period, if the device face accidental damage or use beyond the device capacity, the device will not entitle for the warranty.
The insurance coverage DOES NOT include the following:
1. Natural wear and tear, aging, or losses caused by gradual factors such as dust accumulation, condensation, extreme cold, extreme heat, etc., which affect appearance and decor
ative parts. This includes but is not limited to scratches, paint peeling, fading, dents, rust, and cracks.
2. Accessories or consumables that do not affect the basic functioning of the phone, including but not limited to wear, damage, or loss of items such as headphones, memory cards, charging devices, data cables, styluses, etc.
3. Performance malfunctions that fall within the local warranty scope of the region.
4. Loss of any information or data added on top of the original factory configuration.
5. Irreparable catastrophic damage (e.g., perforation, fragmentation, missing components, separation, etc.).
6. Cases where the product's serial number/IMEI does not match the service item, or cases of alteration or omission.
7. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs conducted by non-officially authorized service providers.
8. Damage caused by enlargement of phone malfunctions, loss of product, theft, intentional or gross negligence, or criminal acts.
9. Administrative or commercial actions, such as manufacturer recalls, product design flaws, or quality issues exposed by the media.
10. Damage or loss resulting from force majeure events such as war, hostile actions, military activities, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, uprisings, terrorist activities, and natural disasters, including but not limited to typhoons, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, nuclear reactions, nuclear radiation, etc.
11. Replaced faulty components during the repair process remain the property of realme.
12. Incidents occurring outside the insurance coverage period or beyond the stipulated application timeframe.
