အကယ်၍ ကင်မရာက မဖွင့်ဘဲ၊ ပျက်သွားပါက သို့မဟုတ် အနက်ရောင်စခရင်ကို ပြသပါက

1.ဖုန်းကို ပြန်လည်စတင်ပြီး ပြဿနာကို သင်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မလား။

2.Go to [Settings] > [App Management] and find Camera. Click Camera, and then clear its data and cache.

3.Go to [Settings] > [Security] > [Permissions]. Click [Apps]သင်အသုံးပြုလိုသော ပြင်ပအဖွဲ့အစည်း ကင်မရာအက်ပ်ကို နှိပ်ပါ၊ ထို့နောက် ၎င်းကို ကင်မရာအသုံးပြုခွင့်ပေးပါ။

4.သင့်ဖုန်းကို နောက်ဆုံးversionသို့ updateလုပ်ပါ။
