1. Function Description
After the user clicks the shutter, a video is captured at the same time when taking a photo. This function makes the photo not just a static image but can present a dynamic effect, bringing users a more vivid and interesting shooting experience.
Note:
(1) Supports front and rear camera full-focus shooting, automatic beauty, filters, cover frame replacement, and other functions
(2) After setting a Live Photo as the desktop wallpaper, the wallpaper itself is not a dynamic photo.
(3) If you edit the default cover of a Live Photo/reselect the cover (such as cropping, mosaic, etc.) and choose to overwrite the original image, the image file itself will become a static image and long press will not support playback.
2. How to shoot?
When you take a Live Photo, your phone will also record a dynamic video of the moment you take the photo, making your photo more vivid.
(1) Go to the camera and select the photo mode.
(2) Click the Live Photo icon at the top of the screen to turn on the Live Photo function.
(3) Click the shutter button to take the photo.
3. How do I change the cover of a Live Photo?
(1) Select a Live Photo in the album, then tap Edit > Live Photo.
(2) Move the slider to change the frame, release your finger, and tap Set as Cover.
4. How many seconds does a live photo last by default? Can the duration be set?
The default duration for live photo shooting is 3 seconds, and the duration cannot be set separately.
5. Which apps support viewing live pictures?
At now, Instagram supports viewing live pictures. realme is adapting more apps.
6. No shutter sound when taking photos after opening the Live photo
Since LivePhoto records the images and sounds before and after the shutter, the shutter sound will be muted after turning on Live Photo. This is normal, so please feel free to use it.
