Why does my device shows play protect uncertified

Problem phenomenon:

Play Protection uncertified (the device is not certified by Google)


What it means if your device is not Play Protect certified:

If your device is not Play Protect certified, Google does not have a record of the Android compatibility test results.

Please note: Devices that are not Play Protect certified may not be secure.

1. Devices that are not Play Protect certified may not get Android system updates or app updates.

2. Google apps on devices that are not Play Protect certified are not licensed and may not be real Google apps.

3. Apps and features on devices that are not Play Protect certified may not work correctly.

4. Data on devices that are not Play Protect certified may not back up securely.


Solutions: 

1. Please check in the Play store whether the phone is certified by Google or not. 

Path: Play Store > Click on the right top on ID > Setting > About > Play Protection Certification.

2. Clear the caches by tapping and holding the Google Play Store and App info > Storage uses > Clear cache.

3. Please log out of all email IDs and try with one Login again with one and check whether the issue resolve.

4. If the issue persists, please reset the device and log in to the play store, and check.


If the issue continues, please back up your data and visit the nearest realme Service Center for support.
