Feature Introduction:
Live Alerts/Aqua Dynamics is a feature that displays live activities of your top concern and smart suggestions in a capsule or widget in glanceable locations so you will never miss an important message and can take instant action.Depending on the importance of services and where you navigate to on your phone, the notifications can appear in a capsule or card at the top of your screen, in a card in the notification drawer, on the Lock screen, or on the Always-On Display.
For example, when using the timer feature, you can just go back to the Home screen or navigate to other pages while keeping the essential information of the timer visible in the status bar. When using the audio recording feature, you can still see the recording process in the status bar after you go back to the Home screen or navigate to other pages.
realme UI 6.0: Live Alerts optimized and improved based on Aqua Dynamics, further improves usability and enriches more scenes. The main changes are as follows.
Style changes
The Aqua Dynamics status bar capsule is centre-aligned on the screen, surrounding the pinhole in black.
- The status bar changes from 2 capsules to 1 capsule.
- Entries in the capsule should be trimmed and the content display area should be enlarged to prevent truncation or marquees.
- Visual style of widgets optimized: Added dynamic effects, supported dark backgrounds for widgets, and introduced richer colours for widget text.
Interaction changes
- Added interactions while capsule slides left or right.
- Added interactions of widget groups.

realme UI 5.0:
The function is enabled by default.
realme UI 6.0:
You can turn on or off the apps or services that you want to be shown in Live Alerts.
Go to Settings > Notifications & Quick Settings > Live Alerts.
Under App alerts, you can choose the apps or services to turn on or off in Live Alerts, and set the Alert styles.
Note：
To have an app or service send reminders while the screen is off, go to Settings > Wallpapers & style > Always-On Display and turn on Always-On Display, then tap More settings > Contextual info > Live Alerts and turn on Show Live Alerts on Always-On Display.
Using Live Alerts
Services supported by Live Alerts include:
l ride hailing, food delivery, and other order-based services.
l Calls, personal hotspot, timer, audio recording, screen recording, screencast, Multi-Screen Connect, speech-to-text transcription, and other real-time activities.
l Personal hotspot, timer, audio recording, screen recording, screencast, Multi-Screen Connect, and other real-time activities.
Operation path
Tap the capsule to expand it as a card, then tap the card to open the corresponding app.
Touch and hold the status bar capsule to expand it into a card. Touch and hold the card to manage the current service.
Swipe up or tap a blank area to collapse it.
Note:
To ensure an immersive experience when watching videos or playing games in full screen, cards that previously automatically popped up will instead be displayed as a capsule in the status bar.
Turning off Live Alerts
You can turn off Live Alerts by following the steps below:
Operation path
Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification drawer, find the card that you want to turn off, swipe left on it, and tap Settings. On the pop-up panel, select Turn off this reminder to dismiss the current notification, or select Turn off reminders for this service to permanently turn off notifications from this service.
Touch and hold a Live Alerts card to open a pop-up panel. Select Dismiss this reminder to dismiss the notification, or select Turn off reminders for this service to permanently turn off notifications from this service. For notifications displayed as capsules in the status bar, expand them into cards and then perform the relevant actions.
Note:
1. Please note that you cannot permanently turn off Live Alerts for system activities such as timers, audio recording, and screen recording. You can dismiss them or wait for them to end.
2. Only some models support this function. Please refer to your actual experience.
