realme Warranty Cover Conditions

Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India. The international warranty is not applicable


realme Mobile Phone, Tablet, Monitor, Accessories & IoT Products Warranty Cover Conditions

  1. The warranty period of the mobile device is applicable from the activation date or Invoice date whichever is earlier. Delayed activation date due to unforeseen logistics delays on product delivery will be considered however a valid proof of purchase i.e. Invoice is mandatory to produce if demanded at the service center to avail product replacements.

  2. To avail warranty service support for realme accessories & IoT products, customers are required to carry the original box pack while visiting the service center along with valid purchase proof of Invoice.

  3. Some accessories (for example toothbrush bristles, hair dryer nozzle, trimmers combs, manual, warranty card, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.

  4. During the warranty period, if any functional failure occurs, realme will provide maintenance services free of charge for workmanship and required spare parts through their authorized service centers. All replaced parts are owned by realme.

  5. Warranty does not cover if the device gets rooted by the user and if it cannot get restored by a software update, ASC to ensure to take prior approval from the customer before flashing the software.

  6. Devices/products given for business activities to teams will get service as per the realme service policy. Warranty start dates will be considered by the activation date.

  7. In case of any dispute, where there is no fault found in the device by the authorized service center and the user is not agreeing then both parties may agree for testing of the device by agencies authorized by Consumer court/organization. The testing fee should be submitting in advance by both parties. If after testing it found quality issue then the testing fee will be borne by the service center, if no fault found in the device then a fee will be borne by the user.


If there is any conflict between this service policy and national laws and regulations, all national laws and regulations shall prevail.


realme TV Warranty Cover Conditions

  1. Warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the realme product only & is non-transferable. Purchase invoice with the corresponding model and a serial number of the unit must be captured in purchase proof document to claim warranty.

  2. Repairs or replacement under warranty shall be carried out by realme authorized service personnel only.

  3. In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of realme alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of realme), the same model shall be replaced and in the event, such a model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model equivalent as deemed fit by realme.

  4. Free Installation or demo of the product, can be availed only once and within 15 days from the date of delivery. However, customers need to pay for the wall mounting kit.

  5. For units installed beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the company’s Authorized Service Center, on-site repair warranty is not applicable and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at its own cost and risk. All expenses incurred in collecting the units or parts thereof from the company’s authorized service center, as well as expenses incurred in deputing of service personnel/technicians towards conveyance and other incidentals, etc. will be borne by the customer. Local Charges for transportation and handling charges may vary from location to location. Customers are advised to verify before.

  6. The company or its authorized service Center/ service dealer reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.

  7. In case of any unpredicted situation and spares not being available, realme’s prevailing depreciation policy (subject to the sole discretion of realme & could change without prior notice) will be applied to the product for a suitable solution.

  8. No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer has the authority to modify the terms of the above warranty.


realme Laptop Warranty Cover Conditions

  1. The Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

  2. During the warranty period, if any accessory defect is inspected and confirmed by a realme authorized service centre, a free replacement service shall be provided.

  3. This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. The warranty service may only be performed by realme or realme authorized service centres.

  4. realme may conduct diagnostic tests on customers ‘products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before submitting any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product.

  5. realme is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.

  6. Prior to contacting a realme service agent, please ensure the following information is at hand:

    *Model, serial number, if available.

    *Customer’s full address and contact information.

    *Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.

  7. This warranty does not cover the following cases:

    *If the product serial number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered with. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing. Removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including the serial number Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence), exposure to water/ liquids and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.

    *Damage caused due to lightning, electricity surges / abnormal voltage, damage during transit while in the custody of the Customer

    *Physical damage caused by the customer (including liquid damage) due to improper use or handling or If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, buttons and other attachments.

    *Product is not used in the recommended manner. Company will not be liable for any damage or loss or injury caused due to improper use or handling. General maintenance, password reset assistance, cleaning, application update/installation, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;

    *Unauthorised modifications/repairs, repairs or installation done by unauthorised persons,

    *Usage of any software applications or programs; non-realme products or non-realme branded peripherals with this realme Laptop or use of product/system with equipment not approved by realme. Damage caused by improper installation or improper connection to a peripheral device (i.e. monitor, keyboard etc.)

    *Damage from third party software or from virus (es), Product issues caused by use of parts, peripherals or software not recommended by the Company.

    *Software loss or data loss that may occur during repair or replacement. realme is only responsible for the re-installation of software that was pre-installed by realme in the realme Laptop.
