If the weather information of a certain city is not updated, but other cities are normal, it may be due to a delay in the local weather data. Please try changing the time and see if it makes a difference. If the location/name of a certain area is incorrect, please verify your actual area name. The discrepancy may be caused by a deviation in the positioning of the administrative area boundary or a change in the area name or division.
If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme service center for assistance.
