Causes:
1. The typical effective transmission range of Bluetooth is within 10 meters. When the distance between devices exceeds this range or there are numerous obstacles in between, it can result in Bluetooth transmission failure.
2. File transfer may fail if either of the devices turns off its Bluetooth function during the transfer process.
3. Certain devices might not support receiving specific file types. In some cases, a corresponding application is required to facilitate the transfer.
4. Some devices, such as Bluetooth earphones and Apple phones, do not support Bluetooth file transfer.
5. File transfer can be unsuccessful if the receiving device rejects the file or fails to confirm its receipt for an extended period.
6. Lack of sufficient storage space on the receiving device can cause file transfer failure.
Solutions:
1. We suggest you place both devices within the effective range of 10 meters, and there are no obstacles around both devices and then try again.
2. Keep the Bluetooth function enabled on both devices throughout the transfer process.
3. Please confirm that the receiving device supports the file type you are sending. Some receiving devices may need a specific third-party app. We suggest you follow the operation instructions of the corresponding device to transfer files.
4. Please confirm whether the receiving device supports file transfer via Bluetooth before sending. Some devices (such as Bluetooth earphones, Apple phones, etc.) do not support receiving files via Bluetooth.
5. When sending files, please click Accept files on the receiving device in time.
6. We suggest you make sure that the size of the file you are sending does not exceed the remaining storage space of the receiving device. If the remaining storage space is insufficient, we suggest you clear some files to make room for new files.

realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > Storage. Please click Clean in the Storage page and select unnecessary data to clean. It is recommended that you keep at least 20% of the storage available.
If none of the above methods can solve your problem, and you cannot transfer files normally with other devices via Bluetooth, please back up your data and visit the nearest realme service center for further assistance.
