Problem phenomenon:
1. After the laptop is closed and enters sleep mode, the fan still works and makes a loud sound.
2. The central area of the laptop has a severe fever.
Causes:
1. The laptop is still running software that requires a large amount of data exchange, such as browser, and video editing software.
2. The notebook does not enter sleep mode after closing the lid but continues to run and network, resulting in fan rotation and heat accumulation.
3. The laptop hardware is abnormal.
Solutions:
1. Close the software.
Close the software running in the background, then close the lid and enter sleep mode. After a few minutes, touch to check whether there is still an abnormal fever.
2. Change the sleep mode.
You can change the sleep mode to hibernate mode by following the following steps:
Enter Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > System Settings > Choose what closing the lid does > When I close the lid > Hibernate. Change sleep mode to hibernate mode.
If the laptop still has an abnormal fever after the above two steps, please bring the device and warranty certificate to the realme service center to detect whether the abnormal fever is caused by hardware problems.
