Causes:
1. Third-party apps automatically access WI-FI permission.
2. Mobile phone system exception.
Solutions:
1. Check whether you have installed third-party apps that require a Wi-Fi connection. If third-party apps that require a Wi-Fi connection have been installed on your phone, they may automatically turn on Wi-Fi. You can go to Settings > Mobile network > Data usage > Data usage by app, and select the app to view the data usage, you can also turn off the app's Background data and Disable Wi-Fi features to prevent the app from turning on WiFi.
2. Upgrade the phone system to the latest version restart the phone and try again.
