Step 2: Go to the device page and scroll down to find the "Buy with realme Exchange" box. Click "Avail Now" and fill out the form to get an evaluation estimation. Input your pincode, IMEI, device name, and configuration to check if it supports exchange.
Step 3: Pay for the new device.
Step 4: Wait for the new device to be delivered to you.
