Causes:
1. If there are too many notifications in the notification bar, it takes time to load when unlocking, resulting in the phone hanging when unlocking the screen.
2. When opening the System Cloner, it will occupy phone storage. When switching between the main system and the system clone, the phone will temporarily hang.
3. If the phone runs for a long time, it will cause a lot of redundant caches, which will cause the phone to hang.
4. The phone system needs to be optimized.
Solutions:
1. It is recommended to delete unnecessary app notifications from the notification bar.
realme UI 5.0: Settings > Notifications & Status Bar > App notifications > Manage all > Turn off some apps notifications.
realme UI 4.0: Settings > Notifications & Status Bar > Lock screen > Turn off some apps notifications.
realme UI 3.0 & 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Notifications & Status Bar > Manage Notifications.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications.
2. Please enter the System Cloner to see if there is an Enter system clone on the interface, which means that you have created a system cloner (you can click the dots in the upper right corner of the viewing interface to delete the system cloner).
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > Privacy / Security and privacy > System cloner
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Not supported
3. Restart the phone. This method can effectively clear the cache and improve the situation of the phone hanging.
4. It is recommended that you upgrade your phone system to the latest version. The new version can get a better user experience and system performance.
If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
