Problem causes
1. USB devices such as data cable/U disk/mouse are not properly inserted into the computer USB port, resulting in no device input being recognized
2. The USB driver is abnormal
3. The USB service policy is turned off
4. The USB port of the laptop is damaged
Solution
1. The USB interface is not inserted completely, resulting in the laptop system not recognizing that there is a device connected.
1) Unplug and plug the USB device again.
2) Try to use another USB port.
3) After cleaning the USB port, reinsert the USB device.
2. The USB driver is abnormal
1) It may be caused by the driver not being updated. Right-click "My Computer" and click "Manage".
2) Click "Device Manager", and then click "Universal Serial Bus Controller" on the right.
3) Click on the USB driver, and select "Update Driver". After the update is complete, confirm whether the problem is solved.
3. The USB service policy is closed by mistake
1) Right-click "This PC" and then click "Properties".
2) Click "Device Manager" to enter.
3) Click to expand "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", select "Generic USB Hub" and right-click to enter the Properties window.
4) Click the Power Management option, remove the √ in front of "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", and click OK.
5) Then modify another "Generic USB Hub".
6) Finally, unplug the USB device, restart the computer, and plug it in again.
4. The USB interface of the laptop is damaged
If the USB port of the laptop still cannot be connected after the above methods, please back up the data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
