1. Before recording with the Bluetooth earphone, please select an external device in Settings > Sound & Vibration > Advanced/More Settings > Default Recorder.
2. Test your microphone to make sure it works. Using the Recorder app, you can try recording.
3. Unpair the earphones and repair them to try again.
4. Reset the earphones, and try again.
5. If the mic is not working when recording the screen, please turn on Record microphone sound
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search for“Screen recording”> Screen recording > Record microphone sound
realme UI Go & T & S & R Edition: Click Screen Record in the control center > Record audio > Select Device audio and microphone
6. Check whether the earphone is working properly with another phone.
7. Restart the realme phone and check again whether the mic is working or not.
