Reasons:
1. The phone volume is set low and not turned up.
2. Phone receiver covered by screen protector, leather case, etc.
3. Speaker filled with ash or blocked with objects.
4. The audio or the app itself is abnormal causing the phone volume to be low.
5. Abnormal phone system causes low volume.
Solutions:
1. Press the volume up button to increase the volume of the phone, and check whether the volume of the phone is normal. (Or you can go to Settings > Sound & vibration and turn the volume up)
2. Please check whether the screen protector, leather case, etc. of the phone is blocking the receiver. If so, please remove it and try again.
3. After using the phone for a long time, a lot of dust will appear in the speaker hole, and this will also affect the phone volume. If the phone speaker is dirty, you can use a dry soft brush to clean it.
4. When you play audio or use the network to make calls, listen to music, etc., the volume of your phone may be low due to abnormal audio sources or network reasons. Please play different audio or try changing apps to see if the audio or the app itself is abnormal. If so, please change the audio source or app to use.
5. If the system is abnormal, it may lead to abnormal phone volume, please update your phone system or restore factory settings then check if the phone volume is normal.
