1. Function introduction
Safe mode is to help you find issues with your apps and widgets, but it may disable parts of your TV. When turning on Safe mode, it will disable all downloaded applications and allow you to check if the TV is working normally.
2. Operation method
How to turn on safe mode?
Method 1:
Step 1: Long press the power button of the remote or TV to turn off the TV
Step 2: Turn on the TV, quickly and repeatedly press the Volume down (-) button on the remote until the boot animation disappears.
Method 2:
Step 1: Select the Settings
Step 2: Select the Device Preferences
Step 3: Select the About
Step 4: Select Restart, then long press and hold the OK button of the remote until the safe mode boot page appears.
Step 5: Select Reboot to safe mode, the TV will reboot automatically and enter the safe mode.
How to turn off safe mode?
You can restart the TV to exit the safe mode.
Note:
1. Safe mode is shown at the left bottom corner of the screen.
2. realme Smart TV 4K 108 cm 43" RMV2004 & realme Smart TV 4K 126cm 50" can support Safe Mode.
