I. Phone hangs when using a specific app.
Causes:
1. Third-party apps sometimes suddenly become abnormal.
2. When multiple programs are running in the background, the processor resources will be continuously occupied. It results in hanging when you use the app.
3. The third-party app version is too outdated.
4. Too much data and cache in the app will lead to hanging when using it.
5. The third-party app is not compatible with phone systems.
Solutions:
1. First you can long-press the corresponding third-party app to enter the App info and click Force stop to quit the app. Then re-open it.
If that can’t solve your problem, it is recommended that long press the app icon on the home screen to uninstall and reinstall the app in the Google Play store.
2. Clean up the background programs and turn off unused system settings. Such as games, video apps, personal hotspots, GPS, etc.
3. Update the app to the latest version in the Google Play store.
4. It is recommended that you clear the corresponding app data. Please long press the corresponding third-party app to enter the App info, open Storage usage, and click Clear data & cache.
5. It is recommended that you give feedback to the third-party app developer.
II. Phone hangs when using multiple apps.
Causes:
1. Insufficient phone storage may cause some apps that occupy a large amount of storage. It results in the phone hanging.
2. The phone system version is old.
Solutions:
1. It is recommended that you clear the phone storage space in time.
Please click Clean on the Storage page and select unnecessary data to clean. It is recommended that you keep at least 20% of the storage available.
