Problem causes:
1. The current network is not good.
2. It is caused by abnormal apps, or the app server is abnormal.
3. The current environment network is weak, and there is interference.
4. The app server is abnormal
5. Problems with the network settings.
Solutions:
1. The poor network will cause delays in receiving messages. It is recommended to try another network.
2. If a single app is abnormal, the message may be delayed. Please update to the latest app version or uninstall the app and try to download it in the Play store again (Uninstalling the app will clear the data, please make a backup in advance).
3. Due to environmental influences, such as stair entrances, basements, underground garages, elevators, etc. The reception of app messages will be delayed. It is recommended that you try to leave this area for a distance and check to try again.
4. Please confirm with the people around you whether there is a message delay in the same app. If so, it may be due to a problem with the app server. It is recommended to report to the app side.
5. It is recommended that you reset your network settings.
