Problem phenomenon:

Causes:
1. If you use a non-original phone film, the sensor function of the phone may be affected because it has not been tested for compatibility.
2. Please check the screen for any stains, if there are any, they may affect the sensor function.

Solutions:
1. Remove the film to see if it can be used again.
2. Use a soft cloth to wipe the screen clean.
3. Please perform the diagnostic test:
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0: Go to Phone manager > Click on the three dots at the top right corner > Diagnostics > Select the Sensor test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics
realme UI 3.0: Go to Phone manager > Click on Tool at the Bottom right side of the screen > Diagnostics > Select the Sensor test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics
realme UI 2.0: Go to Phone manager > Diagnostics > Continue > Select the Sensor test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics
realme UI 1.0: Phone Manager > Quick Check start check > Select the Sensor test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics
realme UI R & S & T & Go Edition: Not supported
Place the palm or finger at the top of the phone and check whether the Point color changes to blue. If yes, the Proximity sensor is working fine. If not, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
4. Please go to Settings > About device to check the system version information. If it is not the latest version, it is recommended to upgrade the system.
