Problem phenomenon:
When the user wants to reconnect the realme Smart Cam 360°, the realme Link prompts "Pairing Failed. This device is already linked to another account.
Problem causes:
Before binding the new device, long press the reset button of the Smart Cam 360° to reset it but the realme Smart Cam 360° is not unbound in the realme Link APP, which would cause this error.
Solution:
1. Click Submit on the prompt page > fill in your issue description and phone number/E-mail > click Save.
2. When the red and blue lights of the device flash alternately, it indicates that the device is still locked. The engineer will unbind your device within 3~5 working days, please unplug the power cord of the device during this period.
3. After 3~5 working days, please plug in the power cord again. When the device is successfully unbound, the red light flashes with a prompt sound. At this point, you can rebind the device.
