Problem phenomenon:
When the app is installed, it prompts "Installation failed", etc.
Problem causes:
1. Insufficient storage space results in installation failure.
2. The app file is damaged or not downloaded completely.
3. The downloaded third-party app is not compatible with the system.
4. The app is identified as high-risk virus software and is not allowed to be installed.
5. In multi-user or guest mode different versions of the same app are installed.
6. The file installation package format is not APK: the Android system can only recognize and install APK packages, and other packages such as exe do not support installation.
Solutions:
1. You can check it in
realme UI 3.0 & 4.0: Settings > About device > Storage
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Storage
realme UI R & Go Edition: Settings > Storage.
Please click Clean on the Storage page and select unnecessary data to clean. It is recommended that you keep at least 20% of the storage available.
2. Re-download the app or go to the Google Play store to download it.
3. Re-download the latest version or go to the Google Play store to download. If Google Play prompts that the app is incompatible or does not support downloading, it means that the app is not compatible with your phone system, and it is recommended that you give feedback to the app developer.
4. It is recommended that you use other similar apps.
5. Switch to multi-user or guest mode and uninstall the corresponding application.
Path:
realme UI 4.0 & 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > Users & accounts > Multi users
realme UI R Edition: Settings > System > Multiple users
realme UI Go Edition: Not support
6. It is recommended to download the package in APK format.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data in advance and go to the nearest realme Service Center with your purchase certificate for testing.
