Solution:
1. Please check the system home screen mode. If you open the drawer mode, it is recommended that you set the home screen mode to "standard mode" and then recheck the desktop icons.
Operation steps: Settings > Search for "Home screen Mode" > Change to Standard Mode
2. Please check whether the Hide apps is enabled.
Operation steps: Settings > Search for Hide apps > Turn off the Hide apps.
3. You can enable icon auto-fill and check whether the icon can be found, and click Settings > Home screen, Lock Screen & Always-On Display > Icon auto-fill.
4. Please check the Game Space settings, it is recommended to turn off Hide game icons on Home screen.
Operation steps: Game space > Settings icon in the upper right corner > turn off Hide game icons on Home screen.
(realme UI 3.0: this function is not supported)
5. Please try to clear the system desktop application data
Operation steps: Settings > App Management > App List > click dots on the upper right corner> Show system > search for "System Launcher" > Storage usage > Clear Data/ cache.
6. If your problem still cannot be solved, it is recommended that you back up important data on your phone and reset the factory settings.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and go to the nearest realme service center for testing.
