Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try if your phone's Wi-Fi switch won't turn on or off:
Check if Airplane Mode is turned on: Airplane Mode disables all wireless connections, including Wi-Fi. To check if Airplane Mode is turned on, swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Settings panel. Look for the Airplane Mode icon and make sure it's turned off.
Restart your phone: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor software problems that are preventing your Wi-Fi switch from working. To restart your phone, press and hold the power button until you see the power options menu. Then, select Restart.
Reset your network settings: This will erase all of your saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, but it can sometimes fix problems with Wi-Fi. To reset your network settings, go to Settings > System Settings > Backup & reset > Reset phone > Reset Network settings only.
Update your phone's software: Software updates often include bug fixes that can improve Wi-Fi performance. Go to Settings > About device. Click Up to date /realme UI on the top to check for updates.
Check your router and modem: If your Wi-Fi switch is still not working, the problem might be with your router or modem. Try restarting your router and modem by unplugging them from the power outlet for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.
If you've tried all of these steps and your Wi-Fi switch is still not working, it is recommended that you back up your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
