Troubleshooting:
1. Please confirm whether your phone is wearing a metal protective case. Since the metal protective case itself has certain shielding and anti-interference properties, it will cause intermittent calls. It is recommended that you remove the case and try again.
2. Please try to dial the phone again to test, it may be caused by the bad phone lines.
3. Please try to change the location/contact, which may be caused by poor communication environment or an abnormal network of the other party.
