1. Phone enters realme page, Recovery page, or Fastboot page
Problem causes:
The accidental touch of the power buttons plus the volume button leads to entering the special mode.
Solution:
1) Press and hold the volume + button and the power button for 15s to force restart the phone.
Note: Some models require a long press of the volume + button, volume - button and power button at the same time
2) To prevent this from happening again, it's recommended that you check if the buttons get stuck easily or if the protective case is squeezing the buttons.
3) If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
2. Phone vibrates and rings but the screen is black
Problem causes:
If the liquid enters the phone, the phone leaks liquid, or the inside display screen is broken, which will cause the phone to have a black screen and cannot be turned on.
Solution:
The phone's hardware may be damaged. Please back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
3. Phone no response when pressing the power button
Problem causes:
1) After the phone's battery is exhausted, the screen will be black and no response.
2) If the power button is broken, liquid enters the phone, or the inside components are broken, which will cause the phone to have a black screen and no response.
Solution:
1) It is recommended that you use the standard charger to charge for more than 30 minutes, and then try to restart the phone.
