By showing the system, you can search for the hidden system programs in the App management.
Setting method:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Apps > App management > Click three dots on the top right corner > Show system.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > App management > App list > Click two dots on the top right corner > Show system.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > Apps > All Apps > Show system.
