Adjust brightness
Turn on the camera and touch any part of the viewing area to trigger the focus frame. The focus frame can be manually set and changed according to the different positions of the trigger. After focusing, press and hold the screen and swipe up or down to adjust the screen brightness.
Adjust focus
There are four ways to set the zoom factor of the camera:
1. After entering the camera, click the zoom button on the camera page to adjust the zoom factor.
2. After entering the camera, long-press the 1.0X zoom button on the camera interface and swipe left and right to adjust the zoom factor.
3. After entering the camera, open/pinch your finger on the camera interface screen to zoom in or out the zoom factor, such as 4.0X or 1.0X.
4. Enter the camera setting interface, you can set the function controlled by the volume key to zoom. When taking pictures, press the volume key to increase the focal length, and press the volume key to decrease the focal length.
realme UI 1.0 supports zoom factor: 1.0X—10x.
realme UI 2.0 & 3.0 supports zoom factor: 0.6x—20x.
Focus adjustment is not supported in portrait mode.
Focus/ Exposure Lock
Press and hold a position in the framing area to lock the focus and exposure data of the subject in that position.
Flashlight
Click the flash icon on the screen to set the flash switch. Can be set to "Off", "On", "Auto", "Fill Light". In the automatic state, the camera will automatically switch the flash on and off according to the light. In the fill light state, the flash will be always on to fill the picture. It is recommended to turn on the flash to take pictures in low light conditions such as at night.
Quick share & edit
When you finish taking a photo with the camera, you can swipe up on the thumbnail on the bottom left of the camera to choose an edit or share operation.
Vidoe edit: Selecting the quick editing function will automatically enter the editing software that comes with the phone. You can select a template to compose and edit photos or videos.
Photo edit: After clicking the quick edit function, the phone will enter the "Markup" in "Photo Album Edit". Here you can choose brushes, pencils, etc. to paint on the photos, and you can also choose strokes and colors of different thicknesses. At the same time, common marks such as lines, rectangles, circles, and arrows are also readily available, which is convenient for you to make accurate annotations.
Share: When you select Quick Share, the phone will automatically jump to the sharing interface, where you can use realme Share to transfer photos to friends, and you can also choose to send Chats, send to Whatsapp, send emails, and print. The sharing function is very complete.
