Problem phenomenon:
The phone is not fully charged, and the charging is intermittent.
Problem causes:
1. The output voltage and current of non-original adapters and data lines are unstable;
2. The ambient temperature is too high or too low, or playing high power consumption applications causes the battery temperature to rise;
3. The adapter and data cable are damaged;
4. The phone system is abnormal (prompt "Clear the USB port");
5. The USB interface is dirty/ into liquid or has poor contact;
Solution:
1. Check whether the original adapter and data cable are used. If the original charger and data cable are not used, the output voltage and current may be unstable. It is recommended to replace the original adapter and data cable;
2. Determine if the battery temperature is too high or too low when not charging; it is recommended to charge in a moderate temperature environment and use the phone while charging;
3. Cross-replace the adapter and data cable. If the charging is normal, the adapter or data cable is damaged, and the adapter or data cable needs to be replaced;
4. Confirm whether it prompts "Clear the USB port" to stop charging, if prompted, it is recommended to restart the phone;
5. Check whether the USB port of the phone has dust/dirt/liquid. If it is dirty/dust/liquid, it is recommended that you turn off the phone first, clean the charging port in time, and use a dry absorbent paper towel or absorbent cloth to clean it.
If none of the above methods solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme customer service center for testing and processing.
Note:
1. Running some high power consumption applications (such as games, videos, shooting, GPS navigation, etc.) while charging will cause the battery temperature to rise, thereby reducing the internal chemical reaction activity of the battery, and reducing the charging current to protect the battery;
