Problem cause:
When using both ears, under the condition of ensuring normal functions, distinguish the functions of the left and right ears, so as to avoid the simultaneous operation of both ears in high power consumption mode.
In conventional scenarios, one earphone is responsible for the communication connection with the phone or other Bluetooth devices, signal reception, and microphone work, and the other earphone is only responsible for signal reception, so one earphone consumes high power consumption.
Solution:
When using dual earphones, it is normal that there is a certain difference in the power between the two earphones, and it is normal for the difference in power to be less than 30%. When the power between the two earphones exceeds 30%, a function swap occurs. Make the earphone with high power responsible for the communication connection with the device and the mic work to achieve the purpose of equalizing the power of both ears.
If you feel that the difference in power is too large, please follow the steps below:
1. Please upgrade your earphone firmware to the latest version.
2. After resetting the earphone, re-pair and connect to the phone.
3. Dirt blockage at the sound outlet will affect the sound quality and volume. Please clean your earphones in time and keep them dry.

5. Please fully charge the earphones and check whether the power returns to normal after using it for a period of time;
