Causes:
1. Silent or Do Not Disturb mode results in no vibration.
2. Vibration on ring has not been turned on.
3. If the call ringtone is without vibration, it may be that Vibration Sync with ringtone is not turned on.
4. The diagnostic test can detect the sensor issue.
5. The phone settings is abnormal.
Solution:
Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
1. Pull down the control center and switch the mode to Ring or Vibrate.
2. Turn on the Vibration on ring, then try again.
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > search ”Vibration on ring” in the search bar in the search bar > turn on Vibration on ring.
realme R & Go Edition: Settings > Sound > Vibrate for calls > Always vibrate.
realme UI T & U Edition: Settings > Sound & vibration > Vibration & haptics > Ring vibration.
3. Please turn on Vibration Sync with ringtone to try again and make sure you use the system ringtones. Because only system ringtones are supported.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Sound & vibration > Ringtone > Vibration > Sync with ringtone.
realme UI T Edition: Settings > Sound & vibration > Vibration & haptics > Ring vibration.
realme UI 2.0 & 1.0 & R & Go & S & T Edition: Not supported
4. Perform the diagnostic test:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Phone manager > Click on Tool at the Bottom right side of the screen/Tap on 3 dots on top right corner > Diagnostics > Select the Vibration test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics.
realme UI 2.0: Phone manager > Diagnostics > Continue > Select the Vibration test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics.
realme UI 1.0: Phone Manager > Quick Check start check > Select the Vibration test and unselect the rest test if no any other issue > Run Diagnostics.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Not supported
Tap the icon to start the vibration test and check whether the phone vibrates.
5. Reset the system settings to try again.
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search “Reset all settings/Reset system settings only“ in the search bar > Reset all settings/Reset system settings only
realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset option > Erase all data(factory reset).
If the problem still exists after the above troubleshooting, please bring your phone and purchase certificate to the nearest customer service center for testing.
