Standard mode
All installed apps are displayed on the home screen. Long-press the app icon to display app shortcuts, and you can manage or uninstall apps.
Drawer mode
In drawer mode, you can place apps in the drawer, and only keep frequently used apps on the home screen, making the screen simpler and clearer.
Setting method:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Home screen & Lock screen > Home screen mode > Drawer mode
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Home screen, Lock screen & Always-On Display > Home screen mode > Drawer mode
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Home Screen & Lock Screen Magazine > Home screen mode > Drawer mode
realme UI R & Go Edition: not support
ColorOS 6.0: Settings > Home Screen & Wallpaper > Home screen mode > Drawer mode
Once set to drawer mode, you can use the following functions:
Add app icons to the Home screen
In drawer mode, swipe up on the home screen page to go to drawer mode, long-press the app you want to add, and drag it out to any position on the home screen.
In drawer mode, swipe up on the home screen page to go to drawer mode, click Manage > Select at the top right, check the apps you want to add and click Add below to add them to the home screen.
Remove app icon from the Home screen
In the drawer mode, long-press the icon of the app you want to remove and click Remove.
Note: After clicking remove, the app will be saved in the drawer and not uninstalled.
Close drawer mode
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Home screen & Lock screen > Home screen mode > Standard mode
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Home screen, Lock screen & Always-On Display > Home screen mode > Standard mode
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Home Screen & Lock Screen Magazine >Home screen mode > Standard mode
