Please do the following:
1. Remove the battery of the realme Smart Scale, reinstall the battery, and check whether the scale can be restored;
2. Change the placement position of the realme Smart Scale, and place the body fat scale on flat and hard ground to re-test;
3. Check whether the battery of the scale is sufficient, please replace the battery and test again;
If the above troubleshooting steps cannot solve the problem, please bring the purchase certificate to the nearest realme service center for inspection.
