Problem phenomenon:
When the other party calls you, your phone has no prompts, or the other party receives a text message notification after hanging up.
Solution:
1. Please check whether the network is good on the device.
2. Please ensure the valid data pack available for incoming calls. If not, please recharge or check with the operator.
3. Please check whether the incoming calls are barred. To check and disable please follow the below steps:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Open the Phone app > Tap More options > Setting > Calling Account > Advanced/More settings/Operator-related settings > Call barring
realme UI 2.0: Settings > SIM Card & Mobile Data > calls Setting > carrier call Setting > Calls barring > Disable all.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Open the Phone app > Tap More options > Setting > Calling Account > Call barring
4. Unmute the phone and turn off the Do Not Disturb mode.
5. Check whether the SIM card is abnormal, it is recommended that you replace the SIM card for testing.
6. Check whether the other party is set on a blacklist.
7. Please reset the device and check again.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset >Reset Phone > Reset network settings
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Reset network settings
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth
Note: Performing this operation will not wipe any of your data.
If the above is not working, please bring your purchase certificate and go to the service center for inspection.
