Cause:
1. The time and date set by the system are not automatically synchronized or the system time and date are set by users, resulting in the wrong sorting of phone call history;
2. Caused by system problem.
3. The phone is maliciously rooted by third-party software, causing the SIM card to be abnormal.
Troubleshooting method:
Note: The following troubleshooting steps are limited to solving the display problem of subsequent call history, and the call history before the phenomenon cannot be retrieved.
1. Enter the phone's Settings > System/Additional settings > Date & time to turn on Set automatically.
2. Please long press the phone icon > App info > Storage usage > Clear Storage data or Caches.
3. Reinstall the SIM card and restart the phone to try to restore it.
4. Back up the phone data and reset the phone (completely clear all data).
If the call history still cannot be displayed, please go to the service center for testing.
