1. Please confirm the current mode (HD SD), it is recommended to switch the video screen display mode;
2. Please confirm whether the lens of the realme Smart Cam 360° is dusty; it is recommended to clean the lens of the camera;
3. Please tear off the lens film of the realme Smart Cam 360° and try again;
4. Please check whether the playback screen in the memory card is blurred. If the video recorded in the memory card is abnormal, it is recommended that you bring the camera to the nearest realme service center for inspection and processing.
