Troubleshooting method:
1. Go to the Play Store > Google Account> Settings > Network preferences > Turn off Auto-update apps
2. Pre-order game software, when the game is on the shelves, it will be automatically downloaded and installed under the condition of connecting to the Wi-Fi network;
3. Check whether there are network reasons that cause the software that has not been downloaded before to continue to download;
4. If the software is automatically downloaded due to a virus, you can enter the Phone Manager > Virus scan on the desktop to check and clear the virus;
If the above troubleshooting fails, it is recommended that you back up the system data and restore the factory settings.
