1. Please confirm whether the microphone of the smart camera is blocked. Move the position of the smart camera and check the microphone hole of the camera;
2. Check whether the sound of the monitoring screen is turned off and you need to click the small speaker on the monitoring screen to start the sound playback;
3. Confirm whether the media volume of the phone is turned on and it is recommended to press the phone volume key to adjust the media volume of the phone;
4. Confirm whether there is sound in the video recorded by the SD card. It is recommended that you play the video recorded on the SD card. If there is no sound in the video recorded by the SD card, the camera microphone may be faulty. Please bring the device to the nearest realme service center for testing.
