On the device sharing page, enter the account number of the person being shared, and click Next, but the information about the account being shared is not seen:
1. Check if you see the message of sharing failure, please provide a screenshot of the sharing failure problem;
2. If the prompt "Account does not exist" is displayed, check whether the account of the person being shared has been entered correctly;
3. If it prompts "The account is not in the same region", device sharing across regions is not supported;
4. If it prompts "Network abnormal", it may be caused by the network, try again later.
