When TalkBack is turned on, it gives you voice feedback so you don't have to look at the screen while using your device. This feature is very useful for blind and visually impaired people.
Turn on TalkBack
realme UI 6.0: Settings > System & updates > Accessibility > Vision > TalkBack.
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Accessibility > Vision > TalkBack.
realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack.
realme UI R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack.
Set up TalkBack
Go to TalkBack and click Settings in the upper right corner to enter the settings page.
You can set voice prompts, other feedback, navigation, gestures, keyboard shortcuts, and other functions according to the prompts and actual usage.
How to use TalkBack
• Swipe left or right to switch between items.
• Double-tap to activate a focused item.
• Drag with two fingers to scroll the screen.

Tap the Talkback switch and wait for a prompt saying the switch has been focused. Double-tap the switch.
In the dialog box displayed, tap "Stop", and then double-tap the button to stop it.
Press volume up ( + ) key with volume down ( - ) key for 10sec
