The phone occasionally vibrates for no reason.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check whether there is a message notification in the notification bar.
2. Check whether there are third-party app message notifications (Note: Some third-party app message pushes do not have desktop reminders, you need to pay attention to the background software when the phone vibrates).
3. To turn off the vibration, please turn off the notification vibration: Settings > Sound & vibration > Turn off Vibrate on ring.
4. Backup data and restore factory settings.
If none of the above solutions can be restored, please bring your purchase voucher to the realme service center for processing.
