IPv6 is the abbreviation of "Internet Protocol Version 6" in English. It is the next-generation IP protocol designed by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) to replace IPv4. The advantage of IPV6 over IPV4 is that it expands the capabilities of routing and addressing. IPv6 increases the IP address from 32 bits to 128 bits, thereby supporting a larger address space.
