When the flash is turned on to take pictures in a dark environment, the overall color casts and blurs the image. When shooting portraits, red-eye appears.
Problem causes:
There is only one type of ambient light source when taking pictures without flash, and light sources with other color temperatures will appear when the flash is turned on (multiple light sources). Therefore, when the flash is turned on, the captured image will be slightly yellowish.
When the camera or flash of the phone is blocked by the leather case, hand, phone protective film, etc., it will also cause the phenomenon of unclear image and color cast (such as bluish, yellowish, etc.).
If there is glare and white fog, it may be because the camera and flash are dirty. Dirt can reflect flash light, causing white fog or glare. Using non-standard phone cases may also cause white fog or glare.
In a dark environment, the pupil of the human eye will be actively enlarged to meet the needs of the observation environment. At this time, if the optical axis of the flash and the camera lens are relatively close, the strong light of the flash will be reflected to the lens through the fundus of the human eye. Because the fundus of the human eye has abundant capillaries, these blood vessels are illuminated by the strong light to form red spots, which form red eye.
Solution:
Please refer to the following operations to avoid color cast and blur.
1. Please be careful not to block the camera or flash of your phone;
2. Please keep the camera and flash clean;
3. Please restart the phone to try to restore.
If there is an abnormal color display that cannot be resolved, please back up important data in advance, and bring the purchase invoice to the realme service center for maintenance.
