Problem phenomenon:
When using the front camera to take pictures, the picture is distorted, and the portrait is distorted, white, and unnatural.
Causes:
1. Because the magnification of the center of the lens is inconsistent with the magnification of the edge of the lens, the magnification of the center is small, and the face is generally located in the center of the screen, so the face is small. When the face is close to the edge of the frame, the chin is at the edge of the lens, and the magnification is large, so the chin becomes longer and the face becomes larger. Or when we use the wide-angle camera of the rear camera to take pictures, the longer the focal length, the greater the magnification difference between the center and the edge of the lens, and the more obvious this distortion is.
2. The phone has turned on the beauty mode or portrait mode. This mode provides AI beauty effects. You can choose the corresponding level of beauty effects according to your needs. The higher the level, the more obvious the beauty effects are. Among them, skin resurfacing, whitening, and face-lifting are the main beautifying effects.
Solution:
1. It is recommended that you place the person in the center of the screen when taking a photo. Or use the realme Bluetooth selfie stick, handheld or Bluetooth remote control, to easily achieve group photos.
2. If you do not need the beauty function, you can click the icon in the lower right corner to adjust the AI beauty level to 0%, or adjust to other photo modes. You can also set the effect in portrait mode to no beauty.
3. If the above methods cannot solve your problem, go to Settings, search for App management, find the camera in the application list, and click Storage usage > Clear data, Clear cache. (This action does not delete photos, only restores camera settings)
4. Please update your phone to the latest system version. The phone system version update will optimize and upgrade the performance of the phone.
