What is call echo:
Call echo refers to when you make a call, you hear your own voice (your own voice is transmitted back).
Problem causes:
The sound of the A-side is transmitted to the B-side through the network and then sent to the human ear through the earpiece. At the same time, the sound of the earpiece will also be sent to the B-side microphone. If the echo cancellation function of the B-side is abnormal, the A-side sound will be sent back to the A-side. That causes A to hear its own voice.
The echo of the call is caused by the problem of the other party's phone. Because the algorithm of the other party's phone cannot completely eliminate the received sound from the sound to be sent, and it is sent back together with the transmission. It may be that the other party's phone has a poor mic seal, phone circuit problem or network problem.
Troubleshooting method:
If you hear yourself echoing back on a call, check to see if it's an isolated issue or everyone:
1. If there is a problem with only individual contacts, it may be related to the other party's mobile phone or environment:
1.1 It is recommended to switch the call mode (“hand-held” to “hands-free”, or “hands-free” to “hand-held”) and then try again.
1.2 May be a network problem, it is recommended to go to a place with a good signal to dial again.
1.3 Please check whether the microphone is blocked. If it is blocked by your fingers, it may cause echoes, which can be solved by adjusting the holding posture of the hand.
2. If this problem occurs during calls with multiple contacts, please follow the steps below:
2.1 Change the calling environment;
2.2 Check that the microphone is blocked. If it is blocked by your fingers, it may cause an echo. Please adjust the holding posture of the mobile phone.
2.3 Upgrade the phone system to the latest version.
