Phones generally turn on automatic brightness adjustment by default, and the light sensor automatically adjusts the screen brightness according to the ambient light, making you more comfortable when using your phone. If your phone feels bright or dim when automatic brightness adjustment is turned on, here are some things you can try:
1. Turn off auto brightness. Changes in light in a dark environment can easily cause fluctuations in the detection of the light sensor. It is recommended that you pull down the notification center to manually adjust the brightness and select the brightness that suits you.
2. Turn off dark mode or eye protection mode, and the screen color temperature is adjusted to the default. If the dark mode or eye protection mode is turned on, or the screen color temperature is adjusted, which leads to discomfort, it is recommended that you turn off these functions or set them as defaults. Setting method: Turn off dark mode or eye comfort mode in Settings > Display & brightness, or set the screen color temperature adjustment as default.
3. Turn off power saving mode. To save power, power saving mode reduces screen brightness by default. You can turn off power saving mode in Settings > Battery.
