1. Connect to the computer, pull down the status bar, view the notification center, USB transfer options, and click to select transfer files.
2. Replace the data cable, try to see if the USB jack can be connected, and try restarting the computer.
3. Update the computer's USB driver.
4. Close the third-party security software on the computer.
5. If the phone is a customized version, please confirm that there is a phone SIM card inserted, please try again after inserting the phone SIM card.
6. Try to install a third-party phone assistant from the computer. Note: To use the third-party phone assistant, you need to turn on the USB debugging function, and the setting path is as follows.
Step 1:
Settings > About phone > Version information > Click the version number 7 times in a row to enter developer mode.
Step 2:
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > System & updates/System/Additional settings > Developer Options > Turn on USB Debugging
realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > System > Developer Options > Turn on USB Debugging
7. If possible, try to replace other computer equipment to check whether the phone is faulty.
