If you mistakenly turn on the force RTL (right-to-left) layout direction feature, this behavior can occur on the display. Please go to
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > System settings > Developer options > turn off Developer options or turn off the Force RTL layout direction.
realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Developer options > turn off Developer options or turn off the Force RTL layout direction.
