realme phone does not have a lock screen mistouch prevention. To prevent the phone from being placed in a pocket and being rubbed by fabrics and other clothes to accidentally light the screen and cause misoperation, you can adjust the following settings:
1. Turn off the black screen gesture function.
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System / Additional Settings > Gestures & motions > Turn off Screen gestures.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Convenience tools > Gestures & motions > Turn off Screen gestures.
2. It is recommended that you turn on Settings > search box to search and turn on Wake screen when a notification is received. It is recommended that you try to turn it off.
3. Turn off Raise to wake when screen lock
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System/Additional settings > Gestures & motions > Turn off Raise to wake.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Convenience tools > Gestures & motions >Turn off Raise to wake.
4. Keep the sensor position on the top of the phone clean to avoid dirt, and it is recommended that you use the Phone Manager that comes with the phone to detect.
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Phone Manager > Tools or Tap on 3 dot on top right corner > Diagnostics > Select the sensor to run diagnostics
realme UI 2.0: Phone Manager > Diagnostics.
Check whether the sensor is abnormal. If there is any abnormality, it is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center for inspection and maintenance.
